Assalamu Alaikum
Today we had a wonderful day alhumdulilah!
Spelling: Students wrote their spelling quiz, (Lesson 25) and they corrected each other's work.
We stared our new spelling lesson, lesson 26. Students learned when to add suffixes like ing, es, s, and ed to the base word, and they answered questions in their spelling books.
Math:Students did some more practice on subtraction with regrouping. They solved word problems in their math book.
Library:We went to library and checked out books.
Science: As you know we started a new unit in science, AIR AND WATER IN THE ENVIRONMENT. Today we talked about how different things around us use water and wind energy. Students completed a worksheet where they cut and pasted pictures that use wind or water energy.

- Please sign your child's agenda.
- Students took their spelling note book home. Please sign and return.
- Students took home the information sheet about their in class project on autobiography. Please talk to your child and discuss what they can write about themselves during class.
