Dear Parents,
Reading: We went over the "I Chart for Read to Self," then students took their book boxes and read quietly. Masha'Allah, students are doing a great job maintaining stamina in reading. Today, we maintained reading stamina for 20 minutes! Way to go 2B!
Math: Students learned how to sort different objects based on their attributes. They completed page 5 in their math books.
Writing:We wrote about how we spent our Eid in our journals.
Art: Students started to work on a "Checkerboard Pattern Heart" art.
Reminders:
- We are going on a field trip to an apple orchard on October 06, 2015 in shaa Allah. Please note that the trip may possibly be cancelled if it rains.You will be notified a day before in shaa Allah so please check your emails/ blog for updates.
- Please sign your child's agenda.
- Pattern worksheet due Tuesday.
- Spelling test on Monday for lesson 3.The list words are: band, fit, him, tack, sad, list, mitt, have, will, and skin.
