Today we had a wonderful day alhamdulilah!
Spelling:Students did their spelling quiz on lesson 3 today. We completed lesson 4 in our spelling books where we learned new list words with the short vowels u and o.
Math: Students finished page 6 and 7 about describing patterns in their workbooks,
Science:Today we reviewed what we have learned about mammals.Then, students started to write 5 special things about mammals in a worksheet.
Homework:
- Complete lesson 4 in your spelling book if you did not finish in class.
- Quran:Please help your child to practice Surah Al-Bayyinah Ayah 6-8.
Reminders:
- We are going on a field trip to an apple orchard tomorrow in shaa Allah.
- Toonie Tuesday Tomorrow! Bring a toonie and wear your favourite outfit.Please encourage your child to participate by NOT wearing his/her uniform and bringing a toonie.The money collected is given to the PST and is part of fundraising for the school.
- Spelling test on "lesson 4" will be next Tuesday.
- Please sign and return your child's spelling notebook tomorrow.
- Please sign your child's agenda!
